At the VR / AR World Summit online conference, Lenovo announced the latest addition to its portfolio of commercial VR solutions, the Lenovo Mirage VR S3 headset with ThinkReality.
The new all-in-one headset has been developed in collaboration with Pico Interactive and specially designed for business use.
The Lenovo Mirage VR S3 has a 4K screen for clearer visuals, hands-free control, an included controller and an easy-to-clean hygienic faceplate for mass use. The company's latest VR headset is robust, lightweight, and also includes built-in audio and up to three hours of battery life.

VR in the company
Companies around the world are now using virtual reality to provide training scenarios in safe and repeatable environments to enable a new generation of workers. VR also offers immersive experiences that closely reflect tasks and work situations so that employees can gain experience more efficiently and at lower cost.
Nathan Pettyjohn, Lenovo's augmented reality and virtual reality sales manager, provided more details on virtual reality and augmented reality currently used in the business in a press release, stating:
“Virtual reality provides better and faster training at a lower cost. Our corporate clients are looking for solutions to create and enable a more skilled and efficient global workforce. They are increasingly looking for cutting-edge solutions like virtual reality and augmented reality supported by the flexible ThinkReality platform to scale applications across the enterprise.
The Lenovo Mirage VR S3 also includes Lenovo's latest service offering, Lenovo Integrated Solutions Support (LISS). LISS is a comprehensive end-to-end service program that provides customers with a dedicated phone line for quick access, a single point of contact for problem solving, proactive case management and escalation assistance.
Lenovo's new VR headset will be available in the third quarter of this year in North America, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, France and Spain. Although world prices may vary, in North America the Mirage VR S3 will cost less than $ 450.
