It’s Wednesday for PE with Joe Wicks, and we’re already in the middle of the week because time is running faster and faster. He is also joined by his wife Rosie Wicks to help demonstrate the movements as he recovers from an infected hand – and today’s session is now online so you can click below.
As yesterday saw a “ wheel of fortune ” used to choose each exercise to add a level of excitement to the procedures, we are planning a more “ standard ” session today – but we were wrong – it is the upper or lower card game today.
We also see Joe bringing the usual mix of spotting the difference, daily quizzes and a clear feeling of sadness that he can’t jump too much.

We watched and jumped with all of the sessions Joe has offered since the start of this unique scenario we call normal – some days it’s a traditional twenty-minute session split into two 10-minute halves, with a rest of two minutes in between.
Just follow what Joe Wicks says at these points and everything will be fine – Monday was a simple circuit repeated once, although it started with the semi-regular squats, presses and burpees fitness test, so it’s was a little longer.
Sometimes Joe Wicks has added sessions where he will spin a wheel, throw a coin or play “ higher or lower ” with cards to determine the exercises to come.

How to watch Joe Wicks PE sessions?
If you are interested in getting involved with The Body Coach in real time and you can deal with overwhelming enthusiasm at this time, you will need to open your YouTube portal on your TV, tablet or smartphone around 8:55 a.m.BST. .
You won’t see it right in front of the camera right away – but try to memorize all of the items on its shelves as there is a daily spot for hardcore fans.

How to Watch Joe Wicks’ Kids Training on a TV
The best way – if you have room – is to watch the workout in front of a TV. There are a myriad of ways to get YouTube on your TV, making it easier to get active.
Use your Smart TV
The easiest way is to have a smart TV in your life – and you may find that you are already connected. A simple way to find out is to tap the icon we highlighted above and see if your TV or streaming device is listed. If so, you’re ready to go.
If not, and your TV is connected to the Internet, open your smart hub and go to YouTube, where you can follow the search instructions above to find The Body Coach TV, with a new video in direct daily at 9:00 GMT.
If you don’t see it right away, it should show up just before 9 a.m. – and Wicks also gives you a few minutes to get ready.
Using Google Chromecast
Alternatively, you can use streaming sticks – one of the simplest is Google’s Chromecast, which plugs into your HDMI jack and will stream content from your phone to the TV.
Launch YouTube on your smartphone or tablet and look for the broadcast icon in one of the corners.
Chromecast isn’t too expensive either, and is an easy way to turn your smart TV – allowing you to stream a multitude of services (like Netflix and other streaming platforms) from your small phone screen to a larger screen:

How to look on a Roku key:
More advanced than a Chromecast, the Roku key easily turns your TV into a smart hub. Once connected, press the “ source ” button on your remote control and access the HDMI port where your Roku key is located (or, with some modern TVs, just press the “ Home ” button on the Roku remote control to get the same thing).
From there, open the YouTube app and access the Body Coach TV at 9:00 a.m. GMT … or launch it on your smartphone or tablet and look for the “ cast ” icon above, tap on it and see if the Roku is listed (which it should be if all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network).
How to Watch Joe Wicks’ PE Workout on an iPad
You have two options here: if you’ve already downloaded the YouTube app on your tablet, just search for “The Body Coach” and click the icon at the top of the screen for “Body Coach TV”.
From there, you’ll see a list of all the videos, and at 9 a.m., the new option should appear, although you may need to refresh.
You can do the same if you do not do have the IPad app by heading to your Safari or Chrome browser and clicking on the link to The Body Coach’s YouTube channel – you can play the video directly from there, and click on the full screen option in the lower right corner .

Which HIIT timer does Joe Wicks use?
Joe Wicks uses the Seconds Timer app for his workouts – you can download it for iPhone / iPad or Android phones.
There are many options for free use, but if you want to use it regularly and not get upset by having to create workouts over and over (as well as supporting developers, a nice thing to do when you use an app a lot), you’ll need to make a purchase through the app.
If you really want to get the most out of your workouts – be it HIIT, Tabata or just standard racing – this is definitely worth a look.
