Please be aware that we are actively developing our customer support and success teams and are working around the clock to make sure we get to each of your customer service tickets. We communicate with customers like you as well as new customers to inform you and help you configure Access Server to meet each of your needs. Remember that for a team, a personal VPN is not enough to secure your network resources – a corporate VPN is what provides this key support.
